- The product must be checked in front of delivery man before filing a return on our website.
- For women's intimate apparel, men's innerwear, swimwear, eyewear, jewelry, watches, duffel bags, shoe-care change of mind wont be acceptable.
We gladly accept returns free of charge if product...
- Is physically damaged, broken or defective.
- Is incorrect or missing parts.
- Does not fit or does not match product description.
Returns must meet the following inspections:
- Product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and without Damaged. Dresses can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn.
- Product is returned in the same condition with a return shipping label attached. Please do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers' box.
- Product includes the original tags, user manual, warranty cards and accessories.
- Product is returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging/box.
If a product returned does not meet the above conditions, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
If a product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.
